Frequent questions.
Clear answers.

The answers give you a first orientation. Medical decisions do not arise on a website, but in a personal conversation and after specialist assessment.

How does a stay start?

With a confidential personal conversation. We clarify your concerns, your expectations and whether re:NOW is the right framework for your situation. Only then will we vote on the next steps.

How individual is the program?

diagnostics, therapeutic applications, exercise, nutrition, conversation and withdrawal are compiled based on your history, findings, goals and daily form. There is a reliable framework, but no identical process for all guests.

How long does a stay last?

The re:NOW concept is designed for a twelve-day stay. Whether this period and the available priorities fit your concern, we discuss in advance personally.

How is discretion guaranteed?

communication, preparation and stay are personally coordinated. Medical information is subject to confidentiality. We do not use names, pictures or experiences of guests as public references.

What documents are required in advance?

Relevant current findings, medical reports, laboratory values, imaging and a complete list of drugs are helpful. Which documents are actually required, the guest management tells you individually.

Can I register as a relative?

Yes. If you are concerned about a close person, we will first listen confidentially and help you to arrange a cautious first step. Treatment or disclosure of medical information is of course only with the necessary consent.

Is re:NOW an acute care clinic?

re:NOW is a medically accompanied refuge for prevention, diagnosis, regeneration and personal reorientation. Acute medical or psychiatric emergencies require immediate appropriate care and do not belong in these living conditions.

What does the stay cost?

range of services and costs depend on the individually coordinated medical and organizational planning. You will receive a comprehensible personal listing before a binding decision. A possible refund depends on your insurance contract.

What will happen after departure?
