Omotenashi at re:NOW

Whoever arrives here will be seen.

Here, someone knows your name before you name it. Who needs rest, gets it. Anyone who wants to speak will find someone. Omotenashi describes a forward-looking hospitality that remains personal and does not have to stage itself.

What you can expect.

A clear framework, personal coordination and sufficient space for what cannot be planned in advance.

01

Personal Accompaniment

Guest management remains available from the first conversation until departure and keeps organizational threads together.

02

Predictive Details

information on nutrition, mobility, appointments and withdrawal is recorded early and taken into account in everyday life.

03

Discreet presence

Attention does not mean constant address. Privacy and self-determined peace are expressly part of this.

01

The attitude

Attention that does not have to be asked for something first.

Reception

Who arrives here,
is seen.

Here someone knows your name before you name it. Someone here knows what you need before you ask. Who needs rest, gets it. If you want to talk, find someone. An old monastic virtue that has lived here for nine hundred years. In Japanese there is a term for this:

Omotenashi

The guest should not have to ask.
We have already seen.

Rooms & Retreat

Historic substance, tranquility and personal privacy.

rooms

Where tradition and
Present encounter.

State-of-the-art medical technology in the rooms of a nine-hundred-year-old monastery. Sensitively renovated, overlooking the monastery garden or the Loisach. Where silence once prevailed, it still prevails today.

Where to Live

Your room
in Monastery Wings.

The former living quarters of the monastery - gently and modernly renovated, quietly, overlooking the monastery garden or the Loisach. Not a hotel room as you know it. Here, the room itself is part of the regeneration process.

A place that invites you to rest: clean lines, warm materials, silence. You can feel it after the first second. View

No spa. Not consciously.

re:NOW is a specialist refuge – not a wellness hotel. If you are looking for applications for relaxation, you will find them in a good Medical Spa. Anyone who wants to understand what his body really wears is right with us. This is not a defect. That is a decision.

01 · Stay

An attitude that makes work invisible.

Omotenashi comes from the Japanese guest culture and describes an attention that perceives needs before it becomes cumbersome requests. At re:NOW this does not become a production. The attitude is that processes are prepared, information is not requested several times and transitions are made calmly.

A permanent personal contact person knows the organizational history and accompanies the entire journey. This means that guests do not have to start from scratch every time they make contact. Medical decisions remain clear with the treating specialists; the guest management ensures that the framework is reliable.

02 · Stay

discretion is part of hospitality.

privacy begins with the choice of communication route and extends beyond travel, stay and departure. Information is only shared where it is necessary for organisation, care or medical treatment.

Discretion also means respecting the desire to withdraw. Not every guest wants company, conversations or a visible program at all times. Attention then shows itself precisely in leaving space and still remaining reachable.

03 · Stay

Personally, without making it dependent. View

Good accompaniment reduces burden without replacing self-determination. Wishes are taken seriously, possibilities are explained transparently and decisions are not anticipated. This applies to day planning, meals, exercise as well as small organizational details.

At the end of the stay, the same attitude supports the transition back to everyday life. Documents, recommendations and open steps are arranged so that no hard organizational break arises from a well-cared-for time.
