re:MIND
Clarity. Focus. Resilience.
When mental sharpness counts. Stress resistance, cognitive clarity, internal stability – as a foundation for what you want to do.
What we are particularly looking at.
The selection shows possible focal points. Which diagnosis or accompaniment actually makes sense, results only from personal consultation, preliminary findings and medical assessment.
When the head is no longer free.
Concentration problems, brain fog and mental exhaustion can have many causes. Lack of sleep, persistent stress, medication, metabolism, mental distress or physical illness can play a role. Therefore, re:MIND starts with classification instead of with an increase in performance at any price.
Preliminary findings, complaints, workload, sleep and physical regulation are considered together. Cognitive tests can give clues, but are only part of the picture. New, rapidly increasing or pronounced complaints require a suitable specialist clarification.
focus needs regulation.
Permanent accessibility and high decision pressure keep the nervous system in activity. Heart rate variability and other measurements – in the right context – can provide additional clues to regulation and exposure. They do not replace a medical assessment.
Breath, mindfulness and meditation are used practically and without promises of salvation. Equally important are movement, strength, endurance and conscious regeneration. The goal is not maximum optimization, but a robust relationship between performance and recovery.
Translate mental clarity into everyday life.
The stay creates an environment with fewer interruptions. This makes your own work patterns, breaks and load limits more visible. Together, we examine which changes in everyday life are realistic – such as focus times, sleep rhythm, movement or dealing with constant availability.
At the end, understandable results and prioritized next steps. If further neurological, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic or sleep medicine treatment is useful, this is openly named.
