One day at re:NOW

structure without being clocked.

Medical appointments, therapy, exercise, meals and withdrawal form a reliable framework. In between, there is conscious time, so that the day does not become the next mandatory program.

What you can expect.

A clear framework, personal coordination and sufficient space for what cannot be planned in advance.

01

Medical Clarity

conversations, diagnostics and reviews are coordinated in such a way that connections remain understandable.

02

Active Regeneration

movement, physical therapy, breathing and selected applications are oriented towards resilience and daily form.

03

Unscheduled time

Between the units remain rooms for meals, peace, nature, personal conversations or simply doing nothing.

01

What the day wears

diagnostics, therapy, movement and regulation related.

in detail

If you want to look deeper.

Pillar 1 — Diagnostics in detail+

At the beginning of your stay, we take the time that a practice does not have. This results in a precise therapy plan – and an objective starting point from which everything else can be measured.

  • In-depth medical consultation with medical history and life situation
  • Physical examination with basic internistic checkup and orientating cardiology
  • Ultrasound of internal organs and lung function
  • Großes Blutbild, Leber-/Nierenwerte, Schilddrüse, Hormone (Cortisol, Testosteron, Östrogen, DHEA, IGF-1)
  • Microbiome analysis and micronutrient profile
  • Sleep diagnostics with polysomnography
  • Daily measurement of vital signs throughout the stay
  • Bioimpedance and respiratory metabolism analysis

Optionally chargeable: liquid analysis, genetic diagnostics, gastroscopy, neurological check, liver check, full physical check, MRI and CT — if the indication suggests it.

Pillar 2 — Therapy Active and Passive+

We adapt to your pace. Sporty mountain tour with the road bike. Walk on the Loisach. Silence in the monastery garden. What you need today, you determine – and we. With us everything can, but nothing must.

  • Active: Yoga, Pilates, Tai-Chi, Breathwork and Mindfulness
  • Strengthening therapy, functional training and targeted muscle building
  • swimming and aqua therapy in water
  • Boxing Training as an Endurance and Stress Reduction Method
  • In the mountains: guided tours on Benediktenwand, Brauneck, Herzogstand
  • Cycling and mountain biking tours through the Pre-Alpine Country
  • Passive: osteopathy, traditional Chinese medicine with acupuncture
  • Manual therapy, trigger point treatment, classic massages
  • Accompanied by David Weichel (Sports Director) and Johannes Langemann (Acupuncture and TCM)
Pillar 3 — Regulation by targeted stimuli+

What runs in the system can be regulated from the inside and from the outside. We use both — biochemical interventions and physical stimuli. In the right dosage, at the right time.

  • Pain Therapy According to Marianowicz Philosophy – The Holistic Look at Pain, Movement and Stress
  • Personalised infusion therapies — vital cocktails, NAD+, glutathione, micronutrient build-up
  • Mitochondrial therapy and acid-base regulation
  • detoxification and targeted detoxification — scientifically accompanied
  • Ice Water Applications and Classic Kneippkur — as a Stimulus and Regulation
  • cold chamber applications for activation of the autonomic nervous system
  • sauna and heat treatments for regeneration and inflammatory regulation
  • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for cell and tissue recovery
  • Light therapy to stabilize circadian rhythm
Pillar 4 — Reflection, Coaching, Silence+

What triggers the body and therapy must be reflected in order for it to remain. This pillar is the quietest — and often the most important.

  • Intensive individual coaching with experienced companions
  • Individual Psychotherapeutic Assistance
  • Meditation and Mindfulness Practice
  • Breathing and relaxation therapy
  • Guided Conversations in the Small Community
  • Rooms of Silence — Cloister, Marienkirche, Klostergarten

Klosterküche

meals as a quiet and enjoyable part of the day.

Historical refectory with portraits of saints and long panels — dining room at Kloster Beuerberg, re:NOW
From the monastery kitchen

The table is part
of therapy.

What we eat, heals with us. This conviction was cultivated by the Salesians in Beuerberg for almost two centuries – we continue it. With the clarity of modern nutritional medicine and the depth of monastic medicine.

Regional, organic, often from your own monastery garden. Medicinal herbs according to the writings of Hildegard von Bingen. Bread that is baked here. Meals in the historic refectory — three a day, each a quiet moment.

Three sources.
A kitchen.

Our diet is based on three pillars – each with roots in the monastic tradition, each with substance in today’s vital medicine.

Klostergarten

What is growing at the door.
  • Own organic cultivation
  • medicinal herbs, roots, berries
  • Seasonal, regional, uninjected
  • Farmers from the Pre-Alpine Country
  • Fresh fish from domestic lakes

Hildegard tradition

Medicine from the 12. century.
  • Tinctures of medicinal plants
  • Ointments and creams according to historical recipes
  • healing liqueurs and infusions
  • Smokes and Aromatics
  • Manufactured in the historical monastery pharmacy

Vital medicine

What research shows today.
  • Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition
  • microbiome-promoting food
  • interval fasting according to indication
  • micronutrient optimized
  • Personal plan after diagnosis
What we do together

Craft that Connected.

Some things can only be understood if you do them with your hands. In small rounds we return to what community in the monastery has always been – doing together, quiet learning, ancient art.

bread baking

In the historic bakery, with spelt and long dough tour. What you learn here, you can continue at home.

Cooking courses

With monastery cooks and vital medicine specialists. How therapy goals and enjoyment meet at the table.

Beer brewing

Bavarian brewing tradition as craft. Moderate, with care, with wisdom for hops and yeast.

Remedies Stir

In the historical monastery pharmacy. Tinctures, ointments, infusions—according to Hildegard and to modern pharmacology.

01 · Stay

The morning begins with orientation.

The day can begin with a brief look at sleep, well-being and current resilience. Depending on the treatment plan, medical discussions, laboratory, functional diagnostics or other prepared examinations follow. Not the number of appointments decides, but their medical relevance.

breakfast and quiet transitions are also part of the daily framework. Results are not collected in isolation, but classified in the course. When new information changes the original planning, the plan is adjusted.

02 · Stay

therapy and exercise in the right dose.

In the further course of the day, therapy, physiotherapy, personal training, endurance, gentle movement or procedures for regulating the nervous system can follow. Intensity and order depend on the findings, regenerative ability and personal goals.

The surrounding area also becomes part of the stay: paths in the pre-Alpine country, monastery garden and quiet rooms create a counterpole to concentrated medical units. Activity and recreation are not understood as opposites, but are consciously related to each other.

03 · Stay

The evening does not belong to the optimization plan.

Joint meals or a quiet retreat will give the day a natural conclusion. Conversations, reflection or breathing and relaxation units can help sort impressions. Equally legitimate is an evening without further program.

The team not only observes readings, but also how you react to the density and intensity of the day. This creates a rhythm over the twelve days that can demand without losing sight of regeneration and self-determination.

Frequent Questions

Pre-good
to know.

Is there a fixed timetable?

There is a clearly coordinated daily framework, but no identical procedure for all guests. Dates and burdens are compiled individually.

How much free time is left?

Between medical and therapeutic units are deliberately planned breaks. The concrete scope depends on the personal program and the daily form.

Do I have to participate in all movement offers?

No. Exercise is selected to suit your findings, goal and resilience. An offer may be adapted, replaced or omitted.

Can the daily schedule be changed at short notice?

Yes. Condition, examination results and feedback can lead to appointments being reweighted or dosed differently.

Your stay begins with a personal conversation.

We clarify expectations, history and the appropriate framework – discreetly and without obligation.
